A second project, a new chapter
A second project, a new chapter
This wasn’t my first time with LARTE Design. A few years back, I had my orange BMW X6 styled with them — and that experience set the bar high. When the moment came for another upgrade, I already knew who I was going to call. This time the car was different, bolder by itself: a BMW X5M in bright red, straight from the dealership.

The choice that defined the look
The choice that defined the look
When I spoke to Alex, my manager at LARTE, the vision was clear: the car needed contrast. At first, I leaned toward a full carbon package. But after going through the options, one idea stood out: black styling instead of carbon. A hood in high-gloss black as the centerpiece, supported by matching details across the front splitter, diffuser, and grille — it instantly felt right. That decision gave the X5M a sharper, more aggressive identity, without drowning out the intensity of the red.

Seeing it come to life
Seeing it come to life
The first time I saw the finished build, I had that exact moment of silence you get when something just clicks. The red bodywork already carried confidence, but the black styling transformed it into something more expressive, more personal. The hood especially stood out — not just a detail, but a statement. It made the car look leaner, stronger, and unmistakably different from any other X5M on the street.

Why I came back
Why I came back
This was my second LARTE project, and what impressed me again was how smooth everything went. Alex understood the vibe I wanted from the very first call, and every detail, every rendering, every update felt like part of a bigger picture. The result is more than a kit — it’s a car that tells my story.
Driving this X5M feels different. It’s not just another fast SUV, it’s a build that reflects my taste, my choices, and my trust in the people who shaped it. Looking back, the orange X6 was the start — but this red and black X5M feels like the real signature. And that’s why I’ll always come back to LARTE when it’s time for the next chapter.
