It was a BMW XM with a LARTE Design kit: matte black finish, carbon hood with vents, Formula 1–style diffuser, red accents, massive wheels. Everything looked so perfectly balanced that I just saved the picture and thought: “I want my car to look exactly like this.”
At that time, I didn’t even own an XM yet. But I knew for sure — if I buy one, it has to look like this. Otherwise, I didn’t see the point. The only questions were:
Would the kit work with the configuration I wanted? Would it affect the warranty? And could I install it in Germany without any issues?

I also made sure that the warranty would remain valid and that registration in Germany wouldn’t be a problem. Once I knew the kit would fit perfectly, we started building the spec. We went for the full carbon BMW XM body kit.
