Cayenne Coupé, Redrawn in Carbon

The LARTE Edition for the 2025–2027 Porsche Cayenne S Coupé and GTS Coupé replaces the plastic parts of the factory body with 100% dry carbon and redraws the whole car as one line, from the front splitter to the roof spoiler. The launch car wears red with a black upper section.

When Porsche introduced the current Cayenne, Michael Schätzle, Vice President Product Line Cayenne, called it one of the most extensive product upgrades in the history of Porsche. Reviewers looked at the car from the outside and saw something quieter:

• KBB: "from 20 feet away, the 2024 Porsche Cayenne doesn't look like a major redesign."
• Edmunds, October 2026: the Cayenne Coupé "looks like every other Cayenne out there."
• Hagerty: largely the same metalwork, with a new front end, new taillights and a revised rear apron.

Owners notice the rear first. A Rennlist member who configured a Cayenne S Coupé E-Hybrid wrote that the rear has "way too much plastic" and that it cheapens the look of the car.

Clients come to LARTE Design with the same request: a Cayenne that looks as considered as it drives.

Like every LARTE Design project, the LARTE Edition began as a full-size clay model, shaped by hand directly on the car. "Since 2012 every LARTE Design project has gone through clay," says founder Alexej Janowski.

In his words, "The modeller works like a sculptor: with hands, eye and light."

• Rear: a diffuser with additional brake lights synchronised with the factory lights, dual exhaust tips on the factory pipes, a trunk-lid lip spoiler and roof spoiler overlays give the rear the presence of a sports car.
• Hood: a carbon hood with air vents in the spirit of the 911 GT models gives the Cayenne the face of a driver's car.
• Front: a splitter, upper bumper inserts, air-intake overlays and a grille set add dynamics to the front, with ground clearance unchanged.
• Sides: front and rear fender arches, door mouldings and mirror caps carry one carbon line from wheel to wheel.

The kit comes as accent configurations or as the full exterior package. Forged LARTE wheels are available separately as an option.

• 100% dry carbon, cured in an autoclave and finished by hand.
• Exposed dry carbon in gloss or matte lacquer, or finished in body colour. All materials are TÜV-certified.
• Every part bolts onto factory mounting points; stock sensors and cameras keep working.
• Installation through LARTE Design's network of certified local installers.

Porsche itself shows how strong the wish for individuality runs: 98% of 911 buyers order at least one option from Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur.
