You already know your colour. Now you can have it.

You already know your colour. Now you can have it.

Ask people why they chose their car's colour and a surprising number give the same answer: they didn't. “I actually wanted a different one. That was the one available, so I took it.” Colour is one of the main reasons we pick one car over another, and yet it is the decision most often surrendered — to a finite factory list and a long wait. For a G63, the most wanted SUV in the world, the result is a car park full of the same few colours.

The G63 Facelift body kit Colour Programme is for the person who is past that. You don't need options. You know your colour. Our job is to make the car wear it — developed, painted, and carried across every surface, on a G63 we leave completely intact. Where the factory offers a menu, we offer a blank panel.

Why colour, and why it has to be painted

Why colour, and why it has to be painted
Colour is the most personal thing a car can wear, because it can come from your own world — a material you love, an object, a memory, a motif, or simply the colour you have always felt was yours. The great houses understood this long ago: they develop a tone for one client and keep it for that client alone. You could approximate it with a wrap. But a wrap stays a wrap — a layer on top. A developed, painted colour becomes the car itself, with depth a film cannot reach. That difference is the whole point.

So we begin with a design session. You bring the colour — or the idea of it — and a full team of colour and trim designers develops and validates the exact tone, finished to a supercar-level standard of colour craft, so it sits perfectly across body, carbon and wheels. You don't just get a render: physical colour and carbon test samples are prepared so you can see and feel the colour before the build. One of our reference builds runs a black-to-teal gradient with silver accents, from the bonnet across the body and into the wheel spokes — a configuration inspired by the livery of the Mercedes-AMG works Formula 1 team. The result is a signature: one car, one colour, nowhere else.

Carbon as the canvas

Carbon as the canvas
Everything you see is 100% dry carbon — the format used in high-end automotive and motorsport — finished to Class-A standard, with the flawless reflections of the best paintwork, all the way around the car. Carbon can stay visible as part of the car's character, be painted in your colour while remaining carbon underneath, or reach the highest level: coloured carbon, where the weave itself carries the tone. That last technique is rare, limited, and something the styling world has not delivered while keeping true dry-carbon construction. This is where a kit becomes a commission — colour and carbon as one piece of work.

The part most people get wrong: we don't cut the car

The part most people get wrong: we don't cut the car
This is engineering, not drama. Many dramatic builds widen the G-Class far past +30 mm and cut the body to do it. The result is predictable: the wheels foul at full lock, the car doesn't turn cleanly, and because the bodywork is permanently altered, the value drops and dealers grow wary. LARTE works the other way. We mount to the original points, drill no unnecessary holes, and we measured and tested the proportions — with suspension engineers — so the look lives inside the car's existing form. Where others shout, we refine. Working within constraints is our signature, and it is why the work stays expressive and stays legal. All materials are TÜV-certified and road-legal, so insurance and inspection stay simple, and the car holds its value rather than losing it. Engineering, art, and legality, in one object.

Who this is for

Who this is for
You already own a new G63 and want it to feel like yours again — not one of three in the car park. You know, precisely, the colour you want — and have never been able to get it from a factory list.

You are about to buy a G63 and would rather receive it already finished — one complete car, not a project. The thread is the same: people who do not want a second identical car, and who want to feel that this one is unmistakably theirs.

What you get

What you get
Not just a colour — the feeling of owning it. A car that turns its own corner of every car park into something only you have. The quiet confidence of arriving in a colour no one can match, on a G63 that still reads as a G63, only sharper, more composed, more yours. Our clients often own five or ten cars; this is the one that finally feels like a signature.

How it works

How it works
Two entry points, both delivered turnkey from our studio in Erkrath, Germany. We don't render — we configure: you see real configurations and physical colour and carbon samples before anything is built.

Scenario A — you already own a G63. The car comes to Erkrath, we build the configuration in Germany, and return it ready. Build time is approximately two months.

Scenario B — you want to buy a G63. We handle sourcing and acquisition and hand over one finished, turnkey car — logistics, import and timing included.

The programme is delivered turnkey. Every commission is built on one carbon foundation — a dry-carbon, Class-A kit with 23″ wheels — from €44,276. On that foundation you choose one of two colour levels:

  • Carbon foundation (dry carbon, Class-A) + 23″ wheels — from €44,276.
  • The Canvas — an individual colour carried across the whole car. Turnkey from €74,276.
  • Total Immersion — the colour plus an interior in the same tone. Turnkey from €89,276.
The Canvas and Total Immersion are alternatives — either/or, not add-ons. Total Immersion already includes colour and interior. If you don't own the car yet, LARTE sources and acquires the G63 and hands it over finished; the price of the car itself is given in your personal proposal.

Each commission opens with a consultation on colour and configuration. Within 24 hours you receive a personal proposal with the exact configuration, pricing and lead times for your car.
